If you decline analytics, we set a single "consent: false" record and do not run Google Analytics on your session at all. We respect Global Privacy Control headers; if your browser sends one, we treat that as a decline regardless of banner state.

Marketing cookies only fire if you have consented. We do not run retargeting against people who have not opted in.
How to change your choices
Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or clear your cookie_consent cookie in your browser and the banner will re-appear on your next visit. We do not require an account to manage cookie consent.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor both signals. If your browser sends DNT: 1 or a GPC opt-out signal, we set analytics and marketing to off for that session, regardless of any banner state.
